Shane Foster


Shane Foster is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as Certified in Nutrition Coaching (Precision Nutrition), TRX Suspension Training, and a Cancer Exercise Specialist (pre and post treatment and surgery). 

Shane has always maintained a passion for fitness and healthy living while battling her own demons with weight struggles since early childhood. Over the past 28 years, she has remained active in weight training, boxing, kickboxing, dance, and tennis. 

Throughout her college years, she was an Assistant Fitness Instructor for a variety of credited group fitness classes. Her specializations are in functional personal training and group fitness classes which emphasize total body conditioning, strength, core and stability training from early youth to senior clients.

Her main goal is to design proper and safe workout routines that are fun, practical, efficient and effective that will encourage you to “stick to the program” for the long haul. They say you should, “do what you love.” If that's the case, then Shane’s energy, passion, empathy, and enthusiasm, reveals that she has definitely chosen the right profession. With her knowledge, guidance and motivation, you and she will work together as a team to shape your body, mind and soul into the best version of yourself.
